This sparkling wine is produced following the Methode Champenoise style and has spent 30 months on tirage.

 
A super-fine bead of bubbles persist in the glass. Aromas of pear and apple custard. The palate bursts with flavours of apple, brioche and citrus, rounded by a welcomed creaminess.
