The Windance Wild Things range gives us the opportunity to step outside of the box and try things a little different, a little risky… a little wild. The name represents the wild fermentations and the wild things that take place during the entire process of turning grapes into wine.
This venture has allowed us to explore and experiment ancient winemaking methods, and to push the boundaries (slightly) of the modern-day winemaker.
